Consultation

We arrange an informal free and no obligation consultation to discuss your thoughts and ideas in addition to some basic details including approximate guest numbers and budget. I will outline the services I offer and establish how best I can help you. This meeting allows me to learn more about you, your tastes and personal style.

Proposal

Following our meeting I will compile a proposal of suggested services and fees and will outline an explanation into each of the services that have been quoted for. This proposal can then be altered, added to or cut down before a final package and fee are agreed.

Acceptance

On acceptance of the final proposal, I will ask you to sign our Terms & Conditions and pay the agreed deposit amount. At any time after the acceptance of the proposal or during the wedding planning stages, extra services may be added subject to an agreed fee.
